Alberto is visiting this weekend (YUUSSS :D:D:D) and I found this recipe for no-knead pizza dough that makes six 10”-12” pizzas. I don’t know whether to cut the ingredients by half or make it all and reserve three dough balls for next week…

As for toppings, I have corn (Korean style pizza! :O) and broccoli in the freezer at the apartment as well as prosciutto and even pesto. I want to buy pepperoni, mozzarella cheese (along with pureed tomatoes for the main topping and sauce), garlic, red onions, olives and maybe mushrooms or green peppers (I love olives but Alberto doesn’t :c).

See, if I have extra dough balls, Karina will be able to make her pizza if she wants…
